La Dolce Ferrania P30 in 120: "Lost" Film Review Found!
A mysterious film stock review of Ferrnia P30 was uncovered. Though some of the footage was missing, scripts and audio exist for gaps. They will fill in the cracks along with recovered footage.
This film noir is about a detective who explores the dark stranger: Film Ferrania P30. Also featured is Kodak Technical Pan, Ilford Pan F 50 Plus, and Fujifilm Across II and Ferrnia Orto.
NIkonita LeFemme is played by Amber Bellotte, IG: yellow_nickel

Film photography is known for its cliches in the modern era, but a look in the past reveals a more complex picture than we like to quip about online. One of favorite way of learning about photography's past is to look at old photography magazines. My favorite of all time is probably Camera, a Swiss magazine edited by Allan Porter during its most important era, from 1965 until December of 1981. ...

    • @JamieMPhoto

I am kind of surprised there's not some kind of more viable alternative because it truly is just two heavy rollers with a motor or hand crank. Even with the tiny market it, it seems like someone could cook up something. And since it costs the same as a typical box of 8x10 film now, it's somehow more accessible. I have a 300mm Fuji lens, but also have a 240 Sinar/Rodenstock lens. The 240 covers and has faster shutter speeds, so it's a nice and relatively cheaper alternative. The 300 is amazing, though, and still doesn't cost a ton ($500-ish I think). And thank you!

I have the regular Bantam that was my first CLA, put some HP5 Plus 400 into it, my solution to shooting it without the backing paper(as well as my 130 camera that I stuffed 120 into) is to keep a bunch of checkboxes under the name of the camera in a journal and check one off each shot, that way I always know how many rolls I've shot on a given camera and how many exposures I got left

Talk about all of it and also whatever you two want. Just my thoughts on gear talk is that it’s universal in all occupations/hobbies. Popular tech reviews are mostly about the devices vs what you can make with it digitally. As in laptops, phones, tablets. Then a whole other RUclips channel group that talks about what you can make with the software. Or car mechanics channels that are dedicated to tools. Then car mechanics channels focused on the actual fixing of the car. The “gear” channels seem to get more traffic than the “making” channels in every instance. I think you two are both well suited for podcast format. I have seen both of your solo channels and like them both. I can see why you two would be great together. My vote is for you to keep it going 😊

Most of my models happen to be friends, and the ones that don't start that way are largely friends of friends who can vouch for me. If I contact someone who I can't see any direct contacts to, then I'll still refer them to a few people they can talk to independently of me. Doing that and providing examples of work and maybe basic ideas for doing a simple test shoot in a public place tends to work very well. I hope that helps at all!
